Once received and reviewed, you will receive an email from SPLI.com which will contain HR paperwork. The easiest way to complete this is on either a tablet or a laptop.
In addition to this we would also need a copies of your driver's license front and back, your medical card front. You can take a picture of these items and email them back to us, or text them to us at 856-359-6946 or 215-429-2796.
You can return the items by email or fax, or in person at the address below.
Once you have submitted these forms, you will receive your drug screen.
